TRAKLOC® is an ICC-ES approved steel framing system that requires no mechanical fasteners (ESR-1464). The telescoping stud simply twists and locks into the top and bottom track, eliminating the time-consuming task of measuring and cutting studs on the jobsite. The telescoping feature also allows for inter-floor live-load and seismic induced deflection movement in the stud without the need for a special deep leg or slotted deflection track. TRAKLOC® is design-listed by INTERTEK and approved for use in one-hour and two-hour fire-rated walls.
